Welcome to our beautiful & quiet studio apartment located in the Denver Tech Center area. Enjoy the peaceful and beautiful location, close to downtown, 10min walk to restaurants and the light rail station. Workout in the Gym and relax in the pool (summer only). Our amazing studio is fully furnished and clean, includes a coffee maker, cable TV, internet, office desk and much more than just a comfy place to lay your head. Our apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Spacious and bright walkout basement with cozy bedroom, walk-in closet, small kitchenette, full bathroom, complete living room with queen sofa bed and large washer and dryer. Private entrance through the backyard with access to to the outdoor patio. Right in the heart of Castle Rock. 5 minutes from the Outlets, 45 min from the airport, 25 min from Denver. PLEASE NOTE - Our family lives upstairs including kids, some noise can be heard from below specially weekday mornings, evenings and weekends

Sunrise Studio

Enjoy amazing sunrise and moonrise views. At the Sunrise Studio you will soundly sleep on a cozy queen bed. Also offer a single couch & air mattress for extra sleep. Full bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Kitchen includes cooktop grill/griddle, sink, air fryer, toaster/convection oven microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. Full Laundry with washer & dryer. Studio is heated by electric heat or a wood stove and cooled with AC. There is also a small outdoor space with a fire pit. Enjoy!

Bright Loft near DTC

1 bedroom loft with full kitchenette. Close to DTC and only minutes from light rail, access to I-25, and everything Denver offers. It's the perfect place to rest your head after a hard day of work or travel. Our loft has a queen-sized bed, a small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, electric stove for basic cooking, and complimentary coffee and tea. Full bath, TV with cables, access to the community gym and pool (seasonal: the pool is opened between Memorial Day - Labor Day) Free parking

3 Bed + Office, 3 Bath, base of the foothills

30 day minimum stay. Fully furnished home, price includes utilities. Ideal for Executive Travelers, Family Relocation. Home is located near Lockheed Martin, multitude of Hospitals and the Denver Tech Center. Located in the foothills south of Denver in a peaceful neighborhood offering a ton of amenities. Hiking, biking, camping nearby. I accept dogs, no cats. No more than one dog. Must be well trained, and under 30 pounds, people friendly. I do not have a gated yard, small outdoor patio.

Blueberry house 3BR with private entrance & Hottub

Soak up in the hot-tub, sit by the firepit, and enjoy a nice night of slumber in our SOLAR powered home with car charging. Stay at the lower level of our renovated house. It has 3 BR and 2 BA(1King, 2Queens). You can see some mountains from the hot tub during winter. We have fast internet, a kitchenette, washer-dryer. ~30 minutes away from the Lookout mountains and the Red Rocks. Parking is available in the driveway/street. We live in the upper half. No need to take out trash at check out.

Mountain Chalet - Panoramic Views 45 Min to Denver

Serenity at 8,000 feet with Pine and Aspen trees. Address is Littleton, but it's part of the Conifer mountain community. The Chalet is a private quarters above our garage with a separate deck and entrance. We also host elopements and micro-weddings! Overlook mountains to the west and the Denver to the east. Hot tub is on the back deck of main house and overlooks city lights! Groceries, dining and hiking trails only 15 minutes away. There is no A/C. 4WD vehicles are required October - April.

Full walk out basement apartment with private entrance. 2 large bedrooms, one bathroom . Kitchenette/wet bar, full size fridge, microwave, air fryer, toaster, coffee makers (keurig and drip), electric skillet and gas grill outside on the patio and a fire pit with chairs at a table. Full size pool table. Laundry available, dedicated parking. You don't have to share the space with anyone, it's all yours. A pickle ball court . 4/20 friendly. Is not a good fit for children under five.
