The cosy cottage is perfect for peaceful strolls across Donegal’s breathtaking beach’s& it’s the ultimate backdrop for a low-key romantic break, however, you’ll have to make friends with the cows while you’re there!

Rosie’s cottage

Rosie's cottage is a 2 bedroom cottage with 1 bathroom,kitchen and living room. It has an open fire in the living room and central heating. It is situated off the Atlantic way, close to Donegal airport and a 7 minute walk to carrickfinn beach.Local pubs,shops and restaurants are within a 3 mile radius. Ideal area for fishing,hill walking,pony trekking and kayaking. Boat trips are available to local islands i.e Arranmore,Tory and Gola. Mount errigal and Glenveagh national park are also close by.

Our cosy hut consists of a comfortable bedroom with an enchanted view of Assaroe Lake: enjoy it on our 3 deckings! The cabin is very close to our house but secluded from it, buried in the woods. The room provides a tranquill escape from frantic life:- there’s Wi-Fi but no television , just a radio. Kitchen facilities are basic but functional. We provide the basis for a continent breakfast. Beaches and hiking trails are very close by. WE ACCEPT PETS ONLY AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THEIR OWNER

Three upstairs bedrooms and a downstair bathroom, with bathtub and shower. It is situated close to Donegal Airport and beautiful blue flag beaches. Local pubs, shops and resturants within a three mile radius. Ideal for hill walking, diving, angling, kayaking. Boat trips to local islands. Mount Errigal, Glenveigh National Park within close prox.

Teach Róise Eoin

Situated on the outskirts of the village of Loughanure in the heart of the Donegal Gaeltacht. This cosy cottage with lots of character is in the perfect location for exploring Donegal with Errigal mountain, Glenveagh national park, boat trips to the islands of Gola, Tory & Arranmore and the white sandy beaches of Carrickfinn all easily accessible by car. The Crolly Irish Whiskey Distillery is 2 km away where you can go on a tour & tastings. Tours take place on the hour from 11am - 5pm.

Donegal Thatch Cottage

Paddys thatched cottage is a recently renovated property built circa 1880 set on 7 acres of farmland & still retains the original features/character including the internal exposed stone wall & large fireplace making it very cosy. This area is very popular for trail walking in the hills or the purpose built walkways. Outdoor activities are plentiful such as kayaking, sea swimming, guided rock climbing & golfing. If the weather doesn't permit you can always light the stove & put the feet up.

Glenveagh National Park, Errigal & Muchish Mountains, Ards Forest Park and Croilthlí distillery are all within a 30 minute drive.

It is a 15 min drive to Donegal Airport and the beautiful weather blue flag beach of Carrickfinn. In local nearby village of Kincasslagh which is only a 5 min drive you have the Viking bar & restuarant, and also supermarket and post office.

The Floating Boathouse at Carrickreagh FP250

A unique stay on Lough Erne. This fully floating house boat is finished to an exceptional standard. The accommodation is open plan with a full size double bed, and a sofa bed that converts to a double bed. A travel cot can included upon request. There is a fully functioning kitchen complete with electric hob, oven & fridge. Outside there is a Weber charcoal BBQ for guests use (fuel not included). There is a full shower room. All bedding & towels are provided.
