Our property is a beautiful detached central villa full of facilities built on Leven Links Open Championship Qualifying Golf Course Near St. Andrews, just 100 metres away from the beach. It has incredible views over the golf course, the beach and Largo Law, while situated in a practical location close to all amenities. The beach is considered to be one of the top beaches in Scotland for swimming, bathing and recreation, which is patrolled by lifeguards in the summer months.

We are a 15 minute drive from the Historic town of St Andrews the home to golf. Edinburgh Airport is a one hour drive away.
