This bright, modern cottage is cosy and furnished to a high standard with accommodation over one floor. Open plan lounge and dining areas include two double sofas, TV, DVD player and dining table, with French doors providing access to a decking area.

The Wee Studio - North Berwick

The Wee Studio is a pretty cottage set within the walled garden of our home which is less than 10-minutes walking distance from North Berwick's beautiful beaches, vibrant High St and train station (Edinburgh 33min). The Wee Studio is light, airy and all on one level. It is comprised of a studio bedroom/living room, separate bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The Wee Studio is in a quiet and private location with off-street parking and its own patio area - you are welcome to share our garden.

It has a bedroom with a double bed and memory foam mattress , WIFI and a separate shower room. We are a short walk from Princes Street,the Old Town,the Botanic Gardens and Stockbridge with its restaurants and thrift shops and Broughton with its trendy bars and shops. Our guest suite is in a quiet residential area in Balerno; a village at the foot of the scenic Pentland Hills. A beautiful spot for walkers and nature lovers. To visit the city take a 25 minute car drive or the 44 Lothian bus at the end of the road for a 45 min bus ride to Edinburgh City Centre. Complimentary milk, coffee, tea and sugar plus cereal for your first breakfast. Shops, restaurants, bars, cafe & takeaways within a short walk. A parking spot on the drive is available on request.

Our 1 bedroom Pet Friendly Cottage Annex on the family farm, overlooking the North Sea and Firth of Forth, is within minutes of the beautiful coastline and yet just 50 minutes drive south of Edinburgh city. With ensuite shower room and lounge/diner, this Annex has a small fridge, an inverter microwave oven, a 2 ring hob and a 32" TV.
