Relax in this cosy converted cottage ground floor flat with front door access on a pedestrianised street. There is shared outdoor space with bench and bbq available as well as a lawn out the back with free allocated parking. Guests have access to a shared kitchen and bathroom with me. Excellent connections via bus to city centre, close to the airport with a 24hr Tesco, Lidl and Scotmid just down the road. The Zoo and Murrayfield stadium are within walking distance. Quiet and friendly neighbours.

The Scotia is a friendly, family run guest house just 10 min walk to the centre of Perth. Situated on Dunkeld Road, we are a 15 min walk to the University of the Highlands and 20 mins to Royal Infirmary. Room only - Full Cooked Breakfast available at additional cost of £7.50 per night. Whether visiting for pleasure or working in the area Alasdair and Suzie look forward to welcoming you to the Scotia B&B. Note - there is no parking with this room. Parking is available within a 2 minute walk.

Twin Room with Breakfast

Our village is at the west end of Loch Tay and there is much to see around here alone, warranting a couple of nights stopover if our guests have the time to explore. Our twin room is located on the first floor up a flight of stairs. It has two standard single beds and a washbasin in the room as well as a hospitality tray with refreshments. A separate bathroom is allocated to this room which is about 3 meters away. A bathrobe is provided as are complementary toiletries.

The lodges will provide you with a fully equipped kitchen area, cosy double bed, bathroom with a standalone shower, storage area and a large sofa that can be easily converted to another double bed.
