Our house is located a quick five minute drive up the mountain in the historic nucleo of Piodina. The home is on three floors, recently restored bedroom upstairs, bathroom and kitchen in the middle floor, lounge with sofa bed on the bottom floor. We have a beautiful terrace for outside dining and a balcony to take in the breathtaking views and relax. The neighborhood is quiet with winding pathways typical of an historical Ticinese nucleo. We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful house!

Das helle, luftige und stilvoll eingerichtete Haus mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf Locarno und den Lago Maggiore bietet viel Privatsphäre. Wer gerne kocht, schätzt die gut eingerichtete Küche. Das Cheminée sorgt auch an kühleren Abenden für Behaglichkeit. Nebst Erholung und Musse im Haus lädt die Lage ein zu Wanderungen und Spaziergängen. Besonders beliebt sind die kulturellen Anlässe, wie das Jazz Festival Ascona im Juni, das Moon&Stars im Juli sowie das Filmfestival Locarno im August.

Es gibt keine direkte Autozufahrt.

Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. La casa è dotata di un impianto fotovoltaico rendendola a basso impatto ambientale. Il rustico si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e soleggiata.
