Quiet residence with large garden. The garden contains 3 swimming pools of which 2 with jacuzzi and child pool and 1 covered and heated in winter, play area for children, petanque courts and outside fitness area. The residence consists of 9 modern, low apartment blocks (3 floors). Our apartment has a large south based terrace with frontal view on a swimming pool. Private underground parking space available. Supermarket, hairdresser, bank, restaurants and bars at 10 minute walk.

Villamartin Peaceful Oasis

Enjoy and have the most fantastic time, creating the best memories, at this unique two double bedroom home from home. There’s a beautiful shower room and separate WC, a terrace off the living room for outdoor dining and an established garden. Also a second, intimate, terrace off the master bedroom which overlooks the beautiful gardens. Relax, sunbathe and unwind on the private roof space or swim in one of the two communal pools, where there is a feeling of a tropical paradise.

Modern quiet apartment - large sunny garden

You will love it in our extraordinary, beautiful, modern ground-floor corner apartment. We have a large private garden with fruit trees, sun from sunrise to 8 pm, and shadow if desired. There is a patio with adjustable glass curtains. It is a direct entrance to the 18 m. pool through the garden via a gate which can conveniently be locked if you have small children. There are three bikes and an easy ride to shopping, and several beaches. Short walk to restaurants.

Paradise in the sunny Villa Martin

This is a brand new apartment and all furnitures are also new. The beds has tempur mattresses and are very comfortable. The apartment is at second floor and has very well equipped private solarium at the roof. This is very bright and beautiful apartment. Air conditioning in every room. Bath towels and beach towels to use at solarium included.

A super holiday apartment near Los Dolces, situated in a quiet area, a short distance away from the restaurants, bars, shops and very varied entertainments/golf courses of both Villamartin and La Fuente areas.
