До ближайшего пляжа и лечебных грязей 10 минут пешком. В пешей доступности есть рестораны, бары, супермаркет, аптеки. Много велосипедных маршрутов. Велосипеды предоставляем. Квартира находится на втором этаже, есть лифт. Квартира имеет две спальни, две ванные и кухню студио со всей необходимой посудой. Так же мы можем предоставить трансфер.

Bonito apartamento en el Mar Menor en Lo Pagan (San Pedro del Pinatar), céntrico , a 150mtrs de la Playa de La Curva, (la mejor playa de la zona) con todos los servicios y los mejores restaurantes en un radio de 500 mtrs. El apartamento consta de un amplio dormitorio, baño y un amplio salón-cocina con todos los electrodomésticos. Zona estratégicamente situada para no tener que coger el coche y poder ir andando a todos los sitios. Se aplicara un recargo de 30€ por entrar a partir de las 22:00h

Great opportunity 50 meters from the beach and promenade with children's areas. Apartment 2nd floor / elevator, cheerful, and bright. With terrace, and air conditioning, WIFI and TV. Great area with supermarkets, restaurants, bars, etc. 5 minutes walk to Feria, yacht club, and LoPagán sludge. Near natural park: ideal walk with bike path. Shopping center 15 min. It is delivered clean, with sheets / towels and kitchen utensils. In perfect condition to spend a good vacation.

No parties! No noise after 23:00! We would like to welcome you our holiday beach house! We are happy to rent this out to guests while we are not around. It has been beautifully renovated with everything needed to make you stay comfortable. We are RIGHT ON THE BEACH.
