We enjoyed our stay at this place. The property is easy to locate. It is so spacious for our family of 6. Has complete amenities and kitchen tools that we were able to use. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The place is the same as advertised. It is fully equiped with gas range, oven, microwave, big rice cooker, refrigerator, water dispenser, shower heater, and heated pool. They also have a lot of plates, bowls, mugs, glasses and pitchers. It was our 2nd home in short because it has everything you need. The location is peaceful and we felt relaxed. The pool is warm enough but not Pansol levels. You can also ask Ms. Grace to make the pool warmer. I think this is the highlight of our stay and the whole family loved it. I think the room looks old but they are clean and smell fresh. Linens and pillows smelt clean as well. Beds and pillows are soft and all of us had a good sleep. We wanted to stay longer! Ms. Grace and Ms. Merly was also attentive to our questions and requests. They were warm, easy to talk with and responsive. All in all, it was an excellent stay. Will not think twice to recommend this place to our friends and colleagues.

The place looks even nicer than the photos. It was clean, well-kept and cozy. Easy communication also with the host - responsive and gave clear instructions. Lastly, great value for money! Thank you for having us at your place. Highly recommended.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this beautiful house. The place was spotless and well maintained. Pauline was incredibly friendly, responsive and helpful. The location was perfect and peaceful . Overall I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a comfortable clean and cozy place.

The area is spacious to accommodate our family, parking for our cars, the kids can run at the yard, the kitchen has all the things we needed, staffs are helpful and easy to reach, price is very good considering the place is really big! The jacuzzi is perfect we stayed at the pool till 3am because of this. Thank you alex💖

Easy to find and clean house

We have a great Christmas staycation. Even though it was raining, we still enjoyed the ambiance of the place. It was very cozy, and spacious. Ms. Liezl is also easy to communicate as the person in charge, as well as Ms. Trixia, the owner. We're grateful that it is also a petfriendly place, our 3 cats enjoyed it too! We definitely recommend staying here!

Our stay in Tagaytay was amazing, thanks to Miguel’s wonderful Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as pictured. We especially loved the pool—it was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the cool Tagaytay breeze. Miguel was an excellent host: super friendly, quick to respond, and gave us great local tips. The location was peaceful yet conveniently close to restaurants and attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. Highly recommend staying here—we’ll definitely be back!

Marigold was incredibly kind and accommodating. She allowed us to add 5 extra guests for only 2k for 3 days and 2 nights—such a great deal! The caretaker was very approachable, helpful, and easy to contact throughout our stay. The place itself is spacious, peaceful, and well-maintained, making it perfect for relaxation. What we loved most was the cozy ambiance. Plus, the location is convenient—there are nearby stores like Dali Grocery, Puregold, and 7-Eleven, all within walking distance, which made it easy to grab anything we needed. One of the best places to stay in Calamba. My family enjoyed the place. It was spacious and the rooms were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool is big and the water is warm. Really warm which is good for muscle tension. The whole place felt like home. The caretaker, Kuya Richard is very friendly and accommodating. He’s very easy to contact. The place has a sort of doorbell that alerts the caretaker’s place. The host, Mr. Michael, is very responsive. He gave us clear instructions on how to get to the place and he answered my questions promptly. Overall it was a relaxing staycation. Will definitely come back.

My family and I had so much great time with the place. They had everything that I am expecting from an airbnb. The host and her family were very nice, and very accommodating, the place is so clean and I loved those decorations that they made and that booklet was very helpful as it has the massage I am looking for, and I was able to book a home service massage from their trusted massage therapist, which was the best massage I had so far. This is the place I would like to visit again and would recommend to others.

The host is very accommodating and we enjoyed our stay. She is very good at communication even though we booked the place last minute. The place is clean and nice, even the pool!

This is my second time to stay here in this airbnb. The reason we booked it for the 2nd time was because we were amazed of how it looked the first time we visited, which was during Christmas season. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen and living room has all the amenities you will need, and the pool is cool for summer getaways. The caretakers are also very kind and attentive. Definitely, will come back again.

This is an exceptional place. I slept really good there, maybe because of the nature sounds at night or because of the nice air. The house has its own energy/spirit, which makes the stay really unique. The Animals are soooo nice, I’ve enjoyed chilling with Gloria the Goat and the baby kitten:) The Dogs are also super nice, they’re really excited to see new people so don’t worry about their barking at the beginning! Yvette and Basil were giving me such a good feeling, so it didn’t feel like a usual “airbnb-stay”. It felt more like a place I could stay for a longer time period! I’ve also met some friends of Yvette, with who you can have meaningful and inspiriting conversations. Will come back!:)

1. There are several rules and we agree to it 100%, if you are staying at someone's place people should respect it. 2. Jennelyn is excellent in replying to messages in a timely fashion. 3. Neneng, the caretaker looked after us well. I enjoyed having conversation with locals like her. We get to know what is happening around town. 4. Rooms were spacious, tidy & equipment all in working condition 5. We loved the place that we ended up extending for another night. 6. Fresh new water being pumped when we arrive. It turns on automatically, if it doesn't Neneng is made aware and she dealt with it. 7. Water temp - I would prefer if its hotter a little bit. During the night, water temp goes down, it gets a bit cool to dip in the morning even with the top up. 8. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place. I just couldn't sleep as neighbouring guests are on their Karaoke in wee hours & are so loud that is beyond control. Have a fabulous time everyone! Thank you Jennelyn & Neneng

Our stay was a nice getaway from the hustle and Bustle. Home was cozy and private and made our stay relaxing. Would stay again!

We had a great stay in Katrina's place. My two (2) nieces and I celebrated our birthdays together with our family and loved ones in this clean, beautiful and relaxing place. I love the ambiance, the gentle breeze of the cool wind at the lakeside, the sweet sounds of the birds, the clean crystal clear water in the pool and the lovely view. The hospitable man welcomed us and always there whenever we asked for assistance and that is much appreciated. Superhost Katrina was so responsive and very considerate. This is one of the best places which I highly recommended. Our overall experience is 100% great and lovely. We enjoyed our stay. Hoping to book this place again in the future.

We had a very nice experience at Balai Singko. We actually rented the place for prenup shoot and Ms. Dianne was kind enough to let us check in early. She was very responsive. The cabin has very beautiful interiors. The area was calm and peaceful, perfect for lazy staycations. We hope to visit for a vacation next time. :)

We had a pleasant overnight stay at Cham's place. The unit is big, clean and as described. The space is more than enough for our family of nine adults, very comfortable; the bedrooms and bathrooms are big. The host is very accommodating and easy to talk to. I would recommend Cham's place for Tagaytay staycations.

The place was clean, and the main house had two air-conditioned bedrooms. The teepee huts were a bit warm during the day since they only had electric fans, but it was cool and comfortable at night. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, and Ate Benny and Ate Gina were very helpful. We recommend that if you’re traveling with seniors and kids, they stay at Angging since the teepee huts are located on higher ground. Overall, we loved the place — definitely worth coming back to!
