Casa Carmona, a Mid-City Garden Oasis near Museums

Casa Carmona is a little oasis in the big city. It's convenient to just about anywhere you would want to visit while in Los Angeles. Private entrance allows you to come and go as you please. Very diverse selection of restaurants and there is a 7-11 as well as a small grocery store (that delivers) less than a block away if you would rather eat in. Laundromat and dry cleaners are one block away which is helpful for longer stays. Street parking is available. Convenient to public transportation. Full access to the guest house and the backyard area including lounge chairs and dining table. I live in the adjacent house so am able to offer help during guest's stay. I love meeting my guests from all over the world but respect your privacy and comfort! Casa Carmona sits behind a charming Spanish house in Wilshire Vista, a neighborhood created in the 1920s. This is a diverse and safe area, within walking distance of Museum Row and the Grove. Plenty of free parking is available. Approximately half my guests rent a car and there is unrestricted street parking available except for street cleaning on Tuesday afternoons. The other half of my guests rely on Uber and Lyft which are always available within minutes. There is plentiful public transportation within walking distance. One bus stop is less than a block away on one major street and another the opposite direction a block and a half from the house. There is also a Zip Car location less than a block away. The main bed is full size. The pullout sofa is twin bed. There is a small fridge/freezer, microwave oven, 2 burner electric cooktop, and George Forman grill for cooking. Also have a Keurig for coffee and electric tea kettle and assortment of teas. There is a end table that is gate-leg so can be used for in-room dining. Folding chairs in closet as well as extra folding table in closet. Hair dryer in bathroom. Plenty of closet space. Two luggage racks. Iron is provided. I also provide a beach blanket, tote and towels for excursions to the beach. For relaxation time at the Casa there are plentiful entertainment options including Amazon Echo, TV with Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime, many movies, PlayStation and several board games with even more available upon request!

Treehouse Adventure

Looking for an adventure like no other? My treehouse is just a hop, skip, and a slide (yes, there's a slide!) from Disneyland & Knott's Berry Farm. Downtown Brea is a 5 min walk away. It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

Experience Tiny Home and Cottagecore living set in a private and gated backyard with nearby amenities! Convenience store just steps away along with grocery stores, shopping, hospital, Laundromat, bars and restaurants within a 5-15 minute drive or have everything delivered! Please be aware that it's one TWIN BED and sleeps one person comfortably, but can sleep 2 if you are very fond of your travel companion. COZY Guesthouse in Covina-Private Bath/Own Entranc

This is a charming fully renovated guesthouse built at the back of our home. We are situated in a peaceful suburban neighborhood. The room has a single bed, private bathroom, own entrance, designated parking space, microwave oven, small refrigerator, coffee maker, 2-burner hot plate, iron/ironing board; heater and air conditioner. There is also a patio you can sit to enjoy the fresh California weather. Please note we request all guests to submit a government ID prior to check in.

Relax in a comfy Cal King Bed in addition to a queen size sofa bed + a twin sleeper, available at your disposal. Open the double sliders and make indoor outdoor space!

Organic Garden Oasis

You will stay in a tranquil suite with a private entrance at the rear of our home. There is a shared wall with a secure door with locks on both sides for complete privacy. The 1-bedroom 1-bath suite features a kitchen with air fryer/toaster oven, electric skillet, 2 hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Sofa full size converts to sleep two. This sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping. We can provide a twin size aero bed as well.

Historic LA Oasis with outdoor courtyard

This is a private, detached casita, steps from the famed Hollywood Bowl. It sleeps up to 3 people max - 1 queen bed upstairs and twin couch that converts into single bed in first floor living room. The casita is 2-stories, 780 sq. ft with AC, full bath & kitchen, living room and outdoor patio area. This historic home dates back to the early 1900s and sits within a larger compound that consists of a main house that is occupied by your Hosts.

Updated, cozy, located in the heart of Arcadia. Extremely convenient location: walking distance to restaurants, shopping center, entertainment. Easy access to freeway and all of what Los Angeles has to offer. Excellent neighborhood and quiet. Entire place to yourself. It has everything you need including a private entrance, a bathroom with shower, A/C, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, free internet access and Wi-Fi.

Adorable Hillside Cabin

Charming detached, private, Guest Cabin available in Boyle Heights/City Terrace/near freeways. It's 7 minutes to the Arts District in DTLA, and adjacent to USC Medical Ctr and Cal State LA. This is an autonomous space on a large hillside property. Wifi and cable! The cabin is already sparkling clean, but in addition I will adhere strictly to the sanitizing and safety guidelines provided by Airbnb and the CDC.

This one-bedroom apartment is right on 4th Street, walking distance to Ralph's in South Rose Park, Long Beach. It's a 5-minute drive to the beach, a 10-minute bike ride, or a 20-minute walk. The neighborhood is filled with great cafes, restaurants, and amazing shops like The Hangout. Walk to Gusto or Coffe Drunk. During your stay, we can provide you with retro bikes and retro bikes upon request.

The unit is close to a super market, banks and restaurants. It is in downtown Rowland Heights. The listing is an apartment in the back of the main house. It has its private entrance. One has to go through the gated front yard to go to this apartment. This apartment/studio has it own heat/cooling and a kitchen for light cooking. It is a wonderful place for one to two persons.
