This is my fourth visit to Waco and my first stay at the Cocoa Suites. I have fallen in love with Homestead Heritage and to be on site was a dream come true! This beautiful location provided the much needed rest and recharge that I seek out every spring break. Sitting on the deck in the morning and at sunset was so peaceful! The place is clean and comfortable. The loft was so cute! I loved being able to access the different shops on the property. I visited the Silos as well. This listing is so close to everything in Waco.We had little issue with the AC and it was resolved quickly. I highly recommend this listing. I will be back again!

Plenty of room, lots of space. The views are absolutely amazing. You wouldn’t even think that this is here in Texas. But it is and you should definitely stay here. Read everything that the host says about the home and you will be completely fine! We had 4 little ones with us here as long as they kept shoes on, they did not step on any glass. But we did find some near the pool. However, I read everything that the host said when we booked, so I was well aware of everything. It was extremely peaceful. I had no issues at all with this day. Everything was complete to make Easter memories with our family!

Place was awesome, only bad thing was we didn't really get to enjoy the house because we were only there for work to restore power to surrounding areas.

I didn’t know I was booking such a gem! I came with my adult daughter to Waco for the Silos but found the Homestead Village that I enjoyed just as much! The Bonbon Suite was walking distance to everything at the Homestead and surrounded by trees. We saw sheep, horseback riding nearby, and enjoyed locally sourced food, and crafts. The sights were beautiful and the suite was so pretty! The shower especially was heavenly with the dual showerheads (one being a large rainfall). My main issue is the stairs to access the upper bedroom are steep so carrying a suitcase up there was not an option but we worked around that. Also, it had rained a ton so our suitcase wheels were muddy getting from the car to the door. (We tried not to track it around the suite 😬) Otherwise, we LOVED our stay and hope to return!
