We just purchased this amazing property in March. It is conveniently located 35 minutes from both Cedar Point and Cleveland. Beautiful Lakeview Beach is 12 minutes away. You will be staying in the adorable, second floor studio apartment with a private porch and entrance. The property features 1.4 acres of privacy, a screened in gazebo, a sauna, firepit and tons of parking. We will continue to update the space and the property. We look forward to hosting you!

Smart TV but no cable, washer/dryer in unit. **A previous tenant from over 1 yr ago smoked here** Carpet/paint replaced but some have stated stale smell is bothersome. If sensitive please be advised. This is an apartment unit the place is still in renovation. There still some old tenants and will be leaving little by little. The unit is completely renovated with excellent view and modern style. Cameras are installed around outside the property and inside the hallways.
