Accessible to schools, malls, hospitals, restos, churches, and other establishments in the city. If you’re a beach person, we are just 3 mins walk to Tubig Dako beach. There’s a mini grocery store and mini market with fresh seafood and vegetables daily just a few meters away. There are also restos and playground nearby for kids. Everything is just like 5-10 minutes walk from our place. Our place is a safe and quiet neighborhood. Suitable for WFH wanderers.
