The quiet rural experience with all of the conveniences. Sleeps 4 in the 1-bedroom configuration (pullout bed in the living room), there is a 2nd bedroom available for a fee when you choose more than 4 guests. 20 min from the mountains. Local artisan restaurants, microbreweries, micro distilleries, chocolatier, etc. Hiking, fishing, bicycling, golfing, exploring, OHV, or relaxing in the suite or at the river. Have some adventures, or just relax, at this unique cabin retreat. Located in Alberta’s beautiful Foothills bordering on to famous Kananaskis country. Hike (or snow shoe) on or off property with miles of marked trails. Stay in this authentic log cabin attached, but private from, the main home on the ranch. Pre arranged horse accommodation available if you want a bed and bail experience with your horse (Contact for details) at an additional cost. Winter visits only possible with a 4x4 vehicle

Hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and fat-biking in West Bragg Creek and Kananaskis Country are 15 minutes away by car. Only a 25 minute drive to downtown Calgary and 45 minutes to the airport. Banff and Canmore are only an hour away.

Cougar Crossing Cabin

Welcome to this private, pint-sized adventure retreat in the forest! Kick back on the deck or around the campfire, cook in the outdoor kitchen and end the day in a plush king size bed. Includes wood burning stove for chilly days, simple kitchen appliances, mini fridge, games and wi-fi (because, life). Bathroom is a separate building with a composting toilet (no shower). Note: this is a hike-in site 400 feet (5 min walk) uphill from the parking spot. Automatic 15% discount on 3+ night stays.

Raven’s Nest Cabin-tucked away in the trees

Totally disconnect at the Raven’s Nest a back to basics rustic tiny cabin tucked away in the trees. The cabin is close to the main residence but completely private with a private gated entrance and free parking a short walk to the cabin. The cabin is heated by a small wood stove and an oil heater, has a small kitchen area and a loft with a queen bed. Please note there is no running water and the bathroom is an outhouse a short walk away. There is no cell service or wifi at the cabin.
