Also available for longer term bookings - please enquire if dates not available on platform. A sofa bed is available to use. Note that this space is not available for children. The apartment has a separate entrance from the laneway at the rear of the house and its own outdoor area. Balmain is a peninsula only 3km from the central business district so access to the City, Darling Harbour and Barangaroo is quick and easy by ferry or bus.

Five minutes from both Lane Cove and Hunters Hill shopping centres with a wide selection of restaurants, cafes and shops. Public transport (bus, ferry and train) is close by and is less than 20 minutes to the CBD by car. The apartment has a covered car park, height limit is 2m, and is accessible via lift.

This charming independent apartment, situated in a residential area, is 20-30 minutes from the City by bus, and also 250 meters from nice walks along the bay. The studio has got a main bedroom, a small kitchen and a bathroom, as well as a small private terrace. There is also permanent access to a big swimming pool. Last but not least, there is a brand new inverter providing cool air in summer, and comfortable heat in winter.

It’s sunny, quiet, and full of charm — the perfect spot to rest and recharge after exploring Sydney.
