This newly remodeled spacious basement unit in downtown Niwot. 5 min walk to shops, restaurants, bars and grocery. Comfortable clean living space with cozy beds makes for a great stay in our home. Multi use trail outside back gate, leading to endless miles of wonderful trails for biking/hiking/running. Bus stop at end of the street or a short drive to Boulder(7 miles) and Longmont(4 miles). This basement unit with separate entrance is a wonderful location for your vacation or work trip.

Quaint 1 bedroom in the mountains.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Small kitchen with hot plate and cooking utensils. Nice mattress with views of the sunrise. Full bath. Nice couch with Netflix on tv. Desk for those that want to work. 13 miles to Boulder 20 miles to Nederland 27 miles to Eldora Ski Resort 9 miles to Gold Hill 30 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park Hiking all around. If interested in longer stays, message us for discounts. PLEASE NOTE: AWD/4WD is required in winter months.

Enjoy our beautifully renovated historic home in Old Town Lafayette, known as the Peace Sign House. Stay in the main suite, which is completely separate from the rest of the house by a locked door. It has its own private entrance, bathroom & AC, as well as a small kitchenette with a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, and Nespresso coffee maker. Mountain View Acres Guest Suite

Our place is very private - just 3 miles from I-25 with magnificent views of the Front Range. We have 4 acres in the middle of farm land and share it with goats and Maddie. Maddie is a “free range” pig who loves roaming the property and saying hello. The space is private and has a full kitchen/bath and W/D. We are centrally located between Estes Park (and Rocky Mtn NP) , Boulder, Ft. Collins, Denver, Greeley, Loveland and Longmont.
