Bring the whole family to this newer home with lots of room for fun. Located perfectly between Denver International Airport & Downtown Denver, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home has everything you need to make your stay in Denver perfect & comfortable, including a main floor primary bedroom. The separate office has double monitors & a dock for easy lap top plug in. Looking to get a quick workout in? Enjoy the Peloton bike in the home or take a quick walk to the fitness center just two blocks away.

Not just a place to sleep, it's a retreat! Lovely lower level of a home in quiet neighborhood. House is on two acres with fabulous mountain views. Suite is approx. 1900 square feet with lots of amenities including use of hot tub, pool table, fitness room, theater, horseshoes, peaceful outdoor space &more. Beds include one king bed in a bedroom, one full and one queen bed in a bedroom, one queen and one full futon in the recreation room. One full futon in the office area. NO SMOKERS PLEASE!

Renovated with great light, vaulted ceiling, new deck, and mature trees. A 10-minute walk by a beautiful lake with bird watching and views brings you to the dog-friendly Avery Restaurant Brewery. Smoking & parties are not allowed. Young families are nearby. Dogs are welcome, but strict rules apply. Please read them carefully before booking. A co-host lives in the self-contained, sound-insulated basement accessed by a separate entrance through the garage. This is my home 2/3 of the year.

How Suite It Is-2 bedrooms

This 600 square-foot basement level suite has windows in both bedrooms and the family room. It is completely private from the rest of the house and includes 2 bedrooms, a family room with wet bar, toaster, coffee maker, 2 small refrigerators and a private bathroom with jacuzzi tub. There is also a 51" TV and wireless internet access. We welcome all ages, including infants (we even have a Pack and Play!) and all ethnicities. Also, we DO give refunds for cancelled flights!

Stunning Flatirons and front range views with gorgeous night time twinkles of the city and the stars. Be in the Mountain with the convenience of easy access to Boulder. This home is just 2 miles from Broadway, 12 minutes from Pearl Street. Enjoy a relaxing Hot Tub and then cuddle up by the fireplace. There is hiking and skiing close by. In addition, this the premier biking spot. People come from all over to bicycle the roads around this home. Dog friendly property :)

If you’re looking to relax with a beautiful view, this place is for you. :) Our spacious two-story home has big windows, big views, & lots of natural light! We have a fenced-in backyard & a furnished patio facing the mountains. Our neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly with walking trails and a park nearby. Our location is car-dependent but offers easy driving to Denver, Fort Collins, & Estes Park. You can enjoy it all with the whole family!
