You’ll have the Entire 500sq ft Cottage & private entry, deck/dock, all to yourself. Located on a 37-acre private ski lake.Key-pad entry, private parking. 1 king bed, 1 bath, queen sofa bed, washer/dryer, WiFi, smart TV’s, blackout curtains,shampoo,conditioner,hairdryer,WiFi. Fully stocked kitchen, smokeless grill, wine fridge upon request, k-cup/drip coffee machine. The lake has bass, we provide fishing poles/tackle box. Rentable Kayaks & Canoe. Dogs okay, sorry no cats, pet fee $50.

Heated Pool (No Cleaning Fee)

Solar heated plunge pool (14' X 18' small) Not so warm in cold weather with over night in the 40's or 50's. Located 11 miles from Bradenton Beach, 30 minutes (15.5 miles) from Anna Maria Island and 12 minutes from IMG. Our home is on a small private lake.. 3rd bedroom is an office with a queen sleeper sofa. We do not have cable TV; we use streaming services and a local antenna for reception. There is a whole house filtration/water softener installed for great quality water.

The Siesta Key Bungalows offer a heated pool, courtyard & a dock on Heron Lagoon. A resort with something for everyone. The Mermaid Bungalow's airy one bedroom space; has an open floor plan connecting a welcoming living room and full-kitchen. With a king-size bed, bathroom and a veranda, you'll feel at home. The Mermaid is fully stocked with linens, care essentials, plus eating & cooking utensils. An additional single-roll-away-bed allows accommodations for three guests.
