The house is only 30 steps from the water on a beautiful sandy beach on the calm west side of the island with turquoise, completely transparent water. A lot of properties have volcanic rock and are unsuitable for swimming. The house has CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING.

It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open kitchen with a dishwasher. From the big porch looking south you can access the pool or jump into the Atlantic Ocean from the private beach access. There are 2 stand-up paddles and 2 bikes you can use whilst your stay. A grocery store is only a 5 minute drive away.
