Welcome to our beautiful & quiet studio apartment located in the Denver Tech Center area. Enjoy the peaceful and beautiful location, close to downtown, 10min walk to restaurants and the light rail station. Workout in the Gym and relax in the pool (summer only). Our amazing studio is fully furnished and clean, includes a coffee maker, cable TV, internet, office desk and much more than just a comfy place to lay your head. Our apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Gorgeous Guest House

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy some downtime and sunshine in the pool in season from Memorial Day to Labor Day or relax in the hot tub all year round. This studio is perfect for a short getaway. Located in a very safe and convenient area. King size bed with top quality bedding sets. Soft towels and toilet paper like you would use at home. It also comes with a small table w/ chairs, a microwave and mini fridge. Other amenities include an outdoor pool and patio areas. HOA doesn’t allow oversized vehicles, trailers or RVs in the lot.
