Welcome to our beautiful & quiet studio apartment located in the Denver Tech Center area. Enjoy the peaceful and beautiful location, close to downtown, 10min walk to restaurants and the light rail station. Workout in the Gym and relax in the pool (summer only). Our amazing studio is fully furnished and clean, includes a coffee maker, cable TV, internet, office desk and much more than just a comfy place to lay your head. Our apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Less than 15 min to the Cherry Creek state park, Southland's mall & Children's hospital. 20 min to Den Int'l Airport Aurora reservoir& Aurora Sports Park. 30 min to downtown & Castlerock & under an hour to Rocky Mountains.

Kitchenette/wet bar, full size fridge, microwave, air fryer, toaster, coffee makers (keurig and drip), electric skillet and gas grill outside on the patio and a fire pit with chairs at a table. Full size pool table. Laundry available, dedicated parking. You don't have to share the space with anyone, it's all yours. A pickle ball court . 4/20 friendly. Is not a good fit for children under five.
