Hello and welcome to Bluebird Cottage. We are located 1 mile up a dirt road in the Isabella Highlands overlooking Lake Isabella. Our road is bumpy in and steep in areas, but we have never had a guest not make it up here. We are approximately a 3 hour Drive to Sequoia National Park. We are a 2 hour drive from Death Valley National Park. We are a 4 hour drive from Yosemite. We are 3 hr drive from Los Angeles. Bluebird Cottage is a cozy tiny home with a private outdoor space. Incredible views!

Big Pine Cottage Hideaway

Big Pine Cottage Hideaway! Our guest house has a fenced yard with a seasonal creek running through it. It has a parking area that can accommodate 2 vehicles. It is close walking distance to the downtown area. Big Pine is a small town, so morning and evening walks are a must. The base of the Eastern Sierra’s has many great places to explore. Small pets (30lbs) are allowed for a fee of $30 and is payable at check in. Pets are not to be left alone. WiFi is available, but can be spotty at times.

Enjoy a stay on our 380 acre private ranch that shares a property line with Sequoia National Park. The ranch is located just minutes away from the park entrance! The ranch has plenty of private outdoor space to explore including over a mile of the Kaweah River, one of the only deep water swimming areas around, ponds and, a 60 ft waterfall. Features include a cozy living room with sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, Apple TV, desk area, kitchenette (mini fridge, coffee maker, conv. oven, single burner), central AC/heat, and a bathroom with shower. Expect ranch vibes, worker comings and goings, and summer/fall dust! PET FEE is no longer refundable as most pet owners refuse to follow the rules.
