The Park and golf course are our back garden and The Roman Villa and Castle/World Gardens our neighbours. Lavender Farm is a short walk too and Brands Hatch 10mins drive. The Quadrangle

The Quadrangle is a beautifully converted Victorian farmstead able to accommodate groups of 12+ for holidays, retreats, workshops, film shoots and more, just 40 minutes from London. It features beautiful gardens and a woodland orchard, a grand barn and open-plan living spaces, two well-equipped kitchens, two dormitories, four separate bedrooms and river for wild swimming. Please note we have close neighbours so can't host parties or weddings.

Cosy, Comfy and Chic Studio

The Shed is a cosy, chic and welcoming studio in a vaulted beamed room. Set in the stunning grounds of a 16th century farmhouse with beautiful views and secure parking. Double bed, sitting area, TV\DVD, kitchenette. Small dining area, tea and coffee facilities. Bathroom with toilet, sink and large walk in shower. Bedlinen and towels provided, and a complementary evening meal or home made snacks during longer term stays.

Enjoy a stay in a beautiful barn, in the heart of the Surrey Hills which this year celebrates its 68th anniversary of being designated "An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty". The fabulous Grange Park Opera at West Horsley Place, (where the TV series “Ghosts” is filmed), is a 3 minute drive away. The spectacular RHS Wisley gardens are 10 minutes away.

Rose Cottage at Blackmoor Farm is a charming 16th century barn conversion on a picturesque farm in Surrey. Situated just two miles from junction 10 on the M25 it is 30 minutes from Heathrow and Gatwick airports. London is a 40-minute train ride away. We are three miles from the Grange Park Opera. A car is essential. EV charging is not available.

Enjoy a peaceful stay. Mogador is a small Hamlet close to Reigate, Epsom and Banstead. This entire bungalow has a small self contained garden area with many local walks. A local pub within a few minutes walk and is within easy access of the M25 and Gatwick airport.
