A renovated, stylish, self contained, barn conversion including all modern commodities, tucked away in the historic village of Old Hatfield. It’s a 2 minute walk to Hatfield train station (21 mins to Kings Cross), local pubs and Hatfield House - ideal for business and leisure users. Please note the barn is on our property & is independently accessed by its own front door away from the house. There is a small courtyard area which you are welcome to use along with a washing line for your use.

Open plan living with sleeping arrangements on the mezzanine and ground floor sofa bed. WiFi (75Mb fibre) and secure parking (24/7 outdoor CCTV) is free. Private terrace on the back.

We back onto Ongar Park Woods which joins to Epping Forest making a wonderful walk into Epping. It is located 2 miles from Epping and ideally located for people attending weddings at Gaynes Park, Blake Hall and Mulberry House. Epping tube station (central line) is under five minutes drive.

The Quadrangle is a beautifully converted Victorian farmstead able to accommodate groups of 12+ for holidays, retreats, workshops, film shoots and more, just 40 minutes from London. It features beautiful gardens and a woodland orchard, a grand barn and open-plan living spaces, two well-equipped kitchens, two dormitories, four separate bedrooms and river for wild swimming. Please note we have close neighbours so can't host parties or weddings.

Hidden Gem- The Stable in Clapton

Down a little cobbled alley through a garden courtyard you find the beautiful old stable. This has been converted into open plan studio accommodation. With a mezzanine level for the bed. Modern and simple deco, airy and light, this is a very peaceful and quiet space to be in. It feels like you have escaped to the country .. Perfect for a couple for a weekend getaway. Or has the potential to sleep 2 extra people if necessary.

The Steam Engine CoachHouse

The CoachHouse is an old building, that was used until a few years ago for keeping a horse! It has been fully renovated, but we wanted to maintain as much of its character as possible (like keeping visible the wooden roof beams). There is a mezzanine accessible through a spiral staircase which is used as the bedroom area, an extendable dining table, a sofa bed, a fully fitted kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

No.1 The Mews - Stitch's Stable is a newly renovated self catering apartment which sleeps up to 4 guests. The apartment still holds its original character with exposed brick work floor, beams and high ceilings. The apartment has beautiful views over the Hertfordshire countryside. We have excellent travel links whilst still remaining secluded and peaceful.
