This little gem is the perfect stay for singles and couples. The accommodation is a 4 minutes drive to Sutton station or a 10 minute bus journey. We have many buses stationed near the studio travelling to Morden, Wimbledon, Tooting and other various locations across South west London. Great restaurants, shops and amenities are available on Sutton High street with only a 5 minute walk. The studio is also located 35 minutes from Victoria station and London Bridge, Central London. The property is tucked away in a quite road and has a modern garden with a beautiful mature cherry tree.

Surrounded by various restaurants and cafes, 5 minute walk from Streatham Overland station and a 5 minute bus ride from Tooting Bec underground.With 5 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms plus lots of living space downstairs it’s a great base to explore the city! This is our family home and we love our neighbours… so NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
