Self-contained Annex Studio Flat

The accommodation consists of a double bedroom with French doors opening onto a nice big garden. There is a fully fitted kitchen and a small bathroom with walk-in shower. Broadband, TV, fridge, washing machine and drier are all included. It is about 50 yards from Egham station which has regular trains to London, the journey taking about 40 minutes. The train goes to Waterloo Station which is very close to the London Eye and Westminster, with Buckingham Palace, St James Park, Trafalgar Square a short walk away. Heathrow Airport is 5 or 6 miles away. Egham is a small town, but it has some historic interest in that the Magna Carta was signed at Runnymede down the road by the river in 1215. Not far away is Windsor castle and Eton (where princes William and Harry, and David Cameron went to school). There is also some lovely countryside around and lovely walks.

Cosy penthouse flatlet, top floor, own entrance & very private. Consists of a bright airy room; dedicated desk, chair & extra screen; bathroom & amazing terrace. No kitchen/lounge but there is coffee/tea & quiet bar fridge. The door at the back connects to our flat but this will be locked & not in use during your stay. Situated in fantastic neighbourhood close to Clapham Junction, less than 30mins to central London. Complimentary cleaning for longer stays. Gated off-street parking (£15/day).

Self contained studio close to AELTC Wimbledon

Bright and airy self contained studio with kitchenette, set to the rear of our family home. We are only a very short walk (5 mins) from the main entrance of the All England Club (which can be clearly seen and heard from the property), the Wimbledon Club and the various hospitality suites. The garden & patio can also be made available for corporate entertaining by separate agreement. Unfortunately parking is not available during the Wimbledon Championship period. Self Contained EnSuite Double Room Free Parking

The property is an annexe to our house and has it's own separate entrance. Our house is situated next to a park and the side window from the bedroom overlooks the park. We have our own private driveway of 100 metres long from the street and off street parking is available. Very quiet green and leafy area and the house is well hidden away. Transport links are very good from our local station Tulse Hill about 7 minutes walk away.15 minutes to London Bridge or take a bus to Brixton underground.

Set in a great Islington location, with excellent transport links, green spaces, and the delights of Upper Street only 5 mins walk away. It is 10 min walking distance from Hanwell train station (which will take you to Paddington in 15 minutes) and less than 5 min walking distance from bus stops. Emu Cottage is fully soundproof, with a very spacious walk in shower, underfloor heating for the winter months and a food station with a microwave and a kettle.
