Garden Studio in the heart of Highgate Village

A beautiful self-contained garden studio, located in the heart of historic Highgate Village. The 320 sq foot studio is equipped with King size bed, kitchenette, Bathroom with spacious shower, 55” HDTV, BBC iPlayer, Amazon & Netflix. There is a semi-private outside patio with seating. The village has ten pubs/restaurants within a few minutes walking distance, along with the beautiful expansive Hampstead Heath and Highgate Cemetery. With excellent bus and tube transport connections close by.

Chill out in this relaxing, stylish and calm summer house, with a comfy bed, modern kitchen and a luxury bathroom. Free parking available on the street. Sunbury main train line just a 5-minute walk away, this train can go directly to London. Italian, Chinese, Indian and 3 pubs all in walking distance of 500m. Close to Kempton Racecourse (500m), Hampton Court Palace, Bushy Park & Heathrow airport. Many buses are available. Self-check in. Please note this is not a party or gathering venue.

Beautiful Secluded Cabin next to the park

We are a peaceful, modern, minimalistic & carbon zero detached cabin. Very private, very secure, tucked away, surrounded by trees, plants, birds and nature, you'll think you're in the country. It has its own private garden and entrance. The cabin is built from slow-grown larch and has triple glazed doors. Inside is fitted out with sustainable materials like birch ply-panelling and plant based flooring, and we an MVHR clean air system. We harvest rainwater, compost and power by ASHP.

Park Lodge

Modern guest house suitable for everyone, built at the end of a garden. Giving guests all the privacy they desire. Entrance is available from the side of the property as well as access from the back of the guest house. The park is very close by, allowing for a quick escape to the peaceful outdoors. In addition to this, many shops are local, walking distance from supermarkets such as Tesco and Marks and Spencer, with a train station nearby, giving quick transport to central London.

Quaint Self-contained Loft Studio nr Hampton Court

Quaint, quirky, clean and bright for you to relax in private, coming and going as you wish. Nestled in a safe, quiet area, perfectly situated for Hampton Court, Sandown Park Racing, Wimbledon Tennis, Bushy Park with its wild deer, the Thames and great shopping in Kingston. Breakfast included with pubs and restaurants nearby. Within walking distance of two railway stations, direct into London. Twickenham Stadium is just under 30 minutes away. Plenty of free on-street parking.

The Hampton Court Hideaway

The Hampton Court Hideaway is a new peaceful and relaxing eco guesthouse (detached double garage conversion). Beautifully designed to a very high standard, powered by renewable energy and includes space for up to 4 guests. The property comes with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower, 2 double beds, one sofa bed and a single fold out bed. We also have an EV home charger available on request. It’s designed for 2 adults but we do allow up to 4.

The garden studio is opposite our house with net curtains for privacy during the day. 2-3 person inflatable hot tub for guests to use. We are an easy going laid back family wishing you a lovely stay.
