Cosy bed and breakfast in lovely leafy SW London

A welcoming, light and spacious double bedroom and own-use bathroom within our home (now just my husband and I) including Continental breakfast. Communal entrance and stairs to 1st floor. A 2nd double bedroom could be available although sharing same bathroom. Safe neighbourhood and perfect travel location for Central London (20 mins by train) and for Richmond, Twickenham, Kew Gardens and Wimbledon Lawn Tennis. 5 min walk to wonderful Richmond Park and an abundance of great restaurants and pubs.

Whole top floor, two ensuite bedrooms & Breakfast.

Our lovely, quiet home is set in leafy Muswell Hill,only 20 minutes from Highgate tube to Central London. The top (second) floor looks mainly south over beautiful gardens towards elegant Victorian houses. The tube and the two vibrant London 'villages' of Muswell Hill and Crouch End (cafes, cinemas etc.) are close by. Woods, open spaces and Alexandra Palace are even nearer. We offer a healthy vegan breakfast and a warm, informed welcome to London. We now have Victor, a very shy, rescue greyhound.

There is an en-suite bathroom. You will feel calm here and guests love the peace and quiet, away from the crowds after a day in Central London. The room faces west, catching the evening sun. Retreat to this oasis of calm in leafy Crouch End after a hectic day in London. Beautiful newly renovated suite on the top floor of a Victorian house. Main bedroom has a queen size bed and patio. Separate sitting room with views of Alexandra Palace and a concealed king bed. Would suit two couples travelling together, two singles or a small family. Private bathroom and kitchen. Easy access to Finsbury Park with its excellent transport links all across London. Very experienced host as well!

The bed is a double bed - for a 2 night minimum stay with TV and ensuite bathroom/shower. There is a small separate sitting room with coffee & tea making facility, a small fridge, TV & books and a roof terrace which is for my guests sole use. All beautifully decorated. Many small restaurants and transport links. Enjoy the host's continental breakfast in a light & comfortable kitchen. Bus routes are to Sloane Square and beyond. Fulham Broadway, Hammersmith, Knightsbridge and beyond.

Light airy very small modern room in the middle of family house in Highbury North London. Small double bed ,bedside table and closet,WiFi, towels. Bathroom and Shower room shared with the family. Kitchen can be used for heating up food, use of fridge. Tea and Coffee making facilities in bedroom. 10 minutes walk from Arsenal tube, walking distance to Emirates Stadium, Finsbury Park, 4 or19 bus at the end of the road with direct route to St Paul's or West End.

Built in 1697, our lovely Georgian Home is right next to Putney Bridge. Located on the first floor, a modern and contemporary room perfect for couples and the single traveller. We have lived in London for many years and love passing on our favourite local gems to all our guests We also do not charge a cleaning fee! Our prices include breakfast (cooked included) We also have another two rooms, on the floor above, which can be booked by the same party/family.

We are situated literally at the foot of Alexandra Palace Park that boasts one of the best views of London, and 20 minutes overground train (Alexandra Palace) from the centre. The newly refurbished room now with an en-suite shower and toilet, overlooks our tropical garden featured on the BBC. We also have an additional single room that can be rented out with sole use of our larger shower room. Continental breakfast is included.

You could enjoy an inclusive breakfast of croissants, fruit, and fresh coffee in this immaculately presented apartment. This room is very quiet, cosy and spacious, and it has a desk for laptop working. It is perfect for either 1 or 2 people, but it’s also a home-from-home for a parent travelling with a child. Battersea Park, a range of pubs and restaurants, a leisure centre and all kinds of public transport (including Boris Bikes) are available nearby.
