This was our second time staying at this location, and it was just as wonderful as our first stay! Steps from the beach and walking distance to everything else. Has its own dedicated parking space which is a huge plus, especially when Pismo is busy. Would recommend this spot to any couples looking for a replacing beach weekend.

My girlfriend and I took a trip to montecito and stayed the weekend here and it was a very great experience. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The place itself was very clean, comfortable, and private. Everything about our stay here was wonderful. Would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend.

This place had everything you could need plus extra touches that really made our stay great. An electric tea kettle was great, fill size fridge a plus, extra pillows and linens also great. The full size couch was very comfortable for lounging and movie watching. The floors were clean, the restroom was clean, the linens were soft and spotless. We enjoyed staying here. Very peaceful.

This is a nice place to stay that is clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this to friends and stay here again.

Definitely one of my favorite casitas in the Santa Barbara area while visiting my daughter at UCSB! It’s so clean, fresh and filled with light, and very comfy. The hosts took care of every detail from bottles of wine to fresh flowers. The neighborhood is peaceful and it’s close to everything. Would love to stay again!

Our stay here was just lovely. The interior design is very soothing, the place was spotless and we appreciated how anything we wanted- great coffee, wine, food, etc. - was literally just outside our doorstep. Again, a lovely place to stay in SB!

Whether it’s your first time in SB or you’re a returning traveler, Kyle’s stay is the perfect spot to reside during your visit! Starting off with its location near needed stores and recommended restaurants like Jeanine’s diner, you can’t ask for a better location. A stay should consist of both an Experience along with Convenience and this home provides both. In using AirBnB, I think prompt communication from a host is a strong factor of making the stay a great one and Kyle executed that “to a T”! An issue would arise, she was quick to respond! I appreciate the home, the location and the professionalism that Kyle displayed during my visit.

We stayed at the Wyatt Earp after a problem was discovered at the nearby Butch Cassidy and we were asked to change our reservation. The change was no problem, and the Wyatt Earp was comfy (great beds), clean (spin-and-span and clutter-free) and close to everything we wanted to do in Los Alamos (dinner at Bell's!) and the surrounding area (wineries). We only stayed one night so can't really comment on the kitchen use, but the layout is very convenient. There is only bar seating, so don't plan on a big sit-down meal. There was a little bit of street noise in the bedrooms, but the convenience/walkability of the location can't be beat!

This was an amazing place to stay in Santa Barbara! So charming, clean and such a great location! Walkable to so many things to do and see! Hosts provided great recommendations for local tours and were very responsive to questions! Highly recommend!

Loved our stay in Avila! Just a short block walk to the beach and coffee shops. Keep in mind that this is part of a duplex, so you're able to hear neighbors above you. However, that didn't bother us. Tony was kind and had a quick response time. We'll definitely be keeping this spot in mind for our future trips!

The place was very cozy and quiet. The hot tub was a great touch and the room was quaint. Very good spot for a night or two of relaxing

We absolutely loved Maddie’s house in SB! The beds and pillows were SO comfortable, the kitchen has everything we needed and we felt right at home. We brought bikes to get around and never had to move our car! Super close to the beach too! Maddie was super helpful whenever we needed anything! We definitely will be returning to this super cute beach house!

Anne and Emory were fantastic hosts! They were very responsive and Anne even called me personally to make sure we got in ok. The place was great! I think it was nicer than most hotels if u wanna stay right in Solvang. The extra room is great!!

Great location just outside the town; a quick 5-min walk to all the happening areas. The apartment is quite spacious and the property has many amenities. Great home away from home.

Clean, quiet, convenient and private, our stay worked out great for us since we were close to our family and that was essential. We both slept great, and we actually figured out how to use the TV! I loved seeing Elvira’s beautiful vegetable and flower garden out front, and having all the lighting really helped us find out way home at night. I would definitely come back.

Very clean and convenient location

Excellent apartment style place. Separated from the main house nicely and afforded plenty of quiet and privacy. Well equipped and great location for San Luis Obispo or Paso Robles.
