The 801 Cottage

Just a short drive to the Colorado Bend State Park! This home can sleep up to 6 guests W/ the fold-down couch. Shop Antiques on the square or visit one of our many nearby wineries! We offer a 2 hr early arrival convenience fee of $35, allowing for check-in at 1:00 PM. Confirmation must be made with the host. Pet friendly ( pets must be crated inside the home when left alone ). $40 pet fee. Please don’t try to sneak a dog in, April the housekeeper will know and a pet fee will be assessed.

Lometa is a short 5-minute drive for restaurants, gas, and groceries. Our outside space sets us apart! Relax under the oak trees to read or take in the 180-degree views of the countryside from our hilltop. Watch livestock mill about on the horizon as you lounge the day away lazily under the trees.

A Sawyer's country home

A Sawyer’s House is owned by a local Texas sawmill operator and the house flaunts the fine woodworking craftsmanship of the owner with live edge slab furniture. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is a standalone property on 7 acres and offers the privacy you desire. Situated in the deep shade of 60 year old pecan trees with a productive pecan orchard. To the west is a pasture maintained by a rotating herd of sheep. 10 miles to Colorado Bend State Park

We have chairs and a swing on your front porch to sit and enjoy the wildlife that come roam through our pecan trees. We are 10 miles from the beautiful Colorado Bend State Park.
