Uni WATER Studio

Wake up to absolute mind blowing scenery in this mezzanine featuring floor to ceiling high windows facing the island's stunning coastline, often requiring a second look to truly appreciate the beauty that this magnificent island has to offer. The mezzanine accommodates two people, has an ensuite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and also has access to its own private garden. Needless to say, our infinity pool is also there for you to enjoy and relax. Free parking is available in Jardim do Mar.

A Casa das Vacas – Retreat House é um refúgio único e exclusivo, onde a natureza abraça cada detalhe. Uma antiga ruína do início do século XX, hoje transformada num espaço moderno e acolhedor, que combina a autenticidade rústica com o conforto moderno. Rodeada de natureza e silêncio, oferece ainda piscina com vista para o mar e vários trilhos. Um lugar ideal para abrandar, recarregar energia e reconectar corpo, mente e alma. A propriedade é vedada e a piscina é de uso exclusivo dos hóspedes.

A propriedade dispõe de 3 quartos, um deles em suíte (todos com ar condicionado), 2 WC's, sala e cozinha OpenSpace, churrasqueira, lavandaria, piscina exterior aquecida (custo extra), campo de desportos, mesa de bilhar, espaço de relaxamento exterior e garagem para 4 carros. A casa dispõe de sistema de segurança e é equipada com todos os eletrodomésticos necessários para o seu conforto. Poderá também desfrutar de uma ampla e desafogada vista mar, incríveis Sunsets e um silêncio inigualável.

Be adventurous , something completely different

Located in the north-western part of the island ,its an amazing location protected by conservation laws that have kept the area free of over development. With epic mountain and sea-views (the photos don't do it justice) the tents are located 450m above the coastline. If a place to relax and unwind is what you after then this would be the place to come to. There are also some amazing levada walks to explore in the area.There are three tents on the property so you might have neighbours.

Traditional features combine with contemporary facilities, to offer luxury spacious accommodation. From a Palm Tree shaded entrance to Balconies for each room, the property exudes space to relax, breathe and to enjoy the serenity of this peaceful village. The Infinity Pool is the prime feature of the Villa. The waterfall operates July to September.

Four beautifully designed and sustainably built studios share the property with an infinity pool, social areas and luxurious plantations hosting hundreds of different tropical fruits, planted on traditional agricultural terraces hand crafted in basalt stone.
