Originally part of an office building that has served the region for years, our apartment now provides a convenient and welcoming place for short stays. Whether you’re heading further into Slovenia, Italy, or beyond, we’re here to make your transit smoother.

A fortress that belonged to the Venetians, Austrians and finally Italy, in a lively and picturesque town that expresses the charm of Central Europe, the colors of the nearby Adriatic, the flavors and aromas of the Collio, nearby Slovenia and the strength of the Friulian peaks.

Studio A3 (55 m²) is located in the very heart of Gorizia, on the first floor of a well-maintained residential building from the 1960s. This comfortable and functional apartment has been newly renovated and is ideal for two guests, with the option of an additional bed for a third person(child). It features a spacious living area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a cozy double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a hallway with storage space for clothes and shoes.
