You will love this newly remodeled place. Fully furnished - perfect for professors, nurses, residents, & fellows. Includes util., high speed wifi, full sized washer & dryer, monthly cleaning!! Everything you need to call it home for a month or longer. <10 min from UAB & downtown in the very desirable Crestwood area. VERY quiet & secluded. Huge pvt. deck. Professional disinfection between stays. No smoking or drugs on property. No exceptions. 1 month minimum preferred, msg if you want shorter.

Cute bungelow with a great screened in porch offering the best sunsets in Birmingham! Clean and comfy with high quality bedding! Much better than your standard hotel room! Full kitchen (stocked with the essentials), washer and dryer, dining room (great for working on your laptop), full bathroom with shower/tub, and bedroom which also has patio access to overlook the valley! Sorry, we do not allow smoking, either inside the condo or outside on the patios.

This 1 bedroom condo comes complete with washer and dryer, very comfortable bed with black out blinds, full kitchen, big screen smart TV's in living room and bedroom and an extra sun room. There are also two large walk in closets in the bedroom if you are looking for a bit of a longer stay. You have all that you need in this private, bottom level condo.
