Wir vermieten unsere neu renovierte und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in Spanien an der Costa Blanca, Torrevieja – La Mata. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, mit einem wundervollen Blick auf das Meer. Sie können zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten den großen „La Mata“-Sandstrand erreichen. Weiterhin befinden sich viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in nur wenigen Gehminuten entfernt. Ein Schwimmbad mit einem Café und Spielplatz befinden sich direkt gegenüber.

Our beautiful holiday apartment was completely renovated and modernly furnished in 2022. The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed and a bunk bed. Both bedrooms have their own air conditioning. A bathroom and an open kitchen, this gives this holiday apartment a beautiful view of the living room and therefore of the beautiful Mediterranean! The next highlight is the large open balcony with a breathtaking view of the area's most famous sandy beach, "La Mata".

Студия на одном из лучших пляжей Торревьехи Los Locos. В комплексе на первой линии с бассейном (работает с июня по октябрь). Подземный паркинг предоставляется с мая по сентябрь. Возможен трансфер из аэропорта Аликанте. WI-FI, кондиционер, большая и удобная кровать, телевизор 55 ". В ванной комнате пол с подогревом. Большой балкон. При позднем заезде рядом магазин 24 часа. Рядом остановка огромный выбор ресторанов, прокат самокатов. До центра 10 минут пешком.

Zoekt u een luxe verblijf met alle voorzieningen op korte loopafstand? Dan is dit moderne, maar smaakvolle, appartement uit 2021 precies wat u zoekt. Casa Mar biedt ruimte aan 4 personen en is gelegen op een centrale locatie in Torrevieja op 100 meter afstand van het Playa del Cura en de boulevard, maar is gelegen in een rustige straat. Er zijn vele restaurants, barretjes en een supermarkt in de nabije omgeving. Ook het busstation is op loopafstand.
