La casa è un trullo del 1800, tutto ristrutturato, dotato di riscaldamento ed aria condizionata, Smart TV e WI-FI. La camera da letto è dotata di un letto matrimoniale con comodini, lampade da lettura e armadio. Nella sala, dotata di frigo, forno microonde, tostapane e macchina espresso caffè, è sistemato un divano letto; è possibile cucinare e pranzare su tavolo per 4 persone. Dalla sala si accede al bagno dotato di lavatrice, acqua calda, tutti i sanitari WC, lavabo, bidet, doccia con cabina.

Il piano rialzato si raggiunge con la scala in rovere. L’intima camera da letto matrimoniale è impreziosita da una grande finestra affacciata sui coni dei trulli secolari e da una porta finestra che si apre sul balcone, si rimane incantati dal panorama verde che si estende da Locorotondo fino a Martina.
