In the heart of wild, romantic Perthshire, surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery, Garden Cottage is the perfect escape. A Highland cottage built in the 1720's, newly refurbished in the spirit of Scottish country living. Tradition, authenticity and fireside comfort complement contemporary furnishings and light airy spaces.

Loch Tay- Quiet log cabin, private hot tub & sauna

Birchwood Lodge is a log cabin just above the banks of Loch Tay and in the shadow of the Ben Lawers range of Munros, in Highland Perthshire. It features an open plan design with under floor heating. There's a comfortable double bed, shower room, private hot tub & sauna, gas BBQ, free wifi, DVD player, Sky TV with movies and sports & SONOS music system. We have a private beach with gazebo across the road (shared only when we are at our holiday house), and a Canadian Canoe available for guests.

The Warren - Hobbit House & Hot Tub at Loch Tay

Voted by the Times as the 5th top Airbnb in the UK in 2024! The Warren is a luxurious underground hobbit house, located in a secluded hillside on the north side of Loch Tay. Built in true hobbit style with oodles of character, it is set in the hillside with a grass roof & exterior, circular porthole windows & magnificent curved doors! Access to the house is over a wooden bridge across a bubbling stream & private hot tub outside set into the spacious patio overlooking the river & private garden.

Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Make your trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, its Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". Beautiful, interesting interior with thousands of books. Central heating and wood burning stove. Original range in kitchen, two double bedrooms with a double bed each, both with an extra single bed. There's a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge. Overlooking a bird feeding area with frequent visits from red squirrels.

This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built. Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.
