Columba Lodge, St Conan's Escape: Home with a view

This newly built idyllic hillside seclusion for two nestles on the side of Ben Cruachan, one of Scotland’s most prestigious munros. Featuring a traditional log burning stove, St Conan's Escape offers an en-suite king size bedroom, along with a kitchen and dining area – all the elements required for a perfect romantic getaway. There are so many activities to enjoy during your stay. These include walking, climbing, munro bagging, biking and taking in some of the stunning wildlife. Dogs welcome.

Open all year. For couples, 2 friends or solo travellers . Dogs are very welcome. I expect to be at the lodge to meet you when you arrive. Argyll Retreat is a cosy timber cabin located in the Argyll Forest Park and Loch Lomond and Trossachs Natiomal Park. It is owned and managed by myself. The lodge is layed out for a couple or solo travellers. Argyll is steeped in history and has miles of coastline, lochs, forests and mountains. The lodge is also a great place to relax. Enjoy. Ethel's Coorie Doon with en-suite.

Ethel’s Coorie Doon is a self-contained shepherd’s hut nestled within the grounds of Craig Villa Guest House. Fully insulated, fully equipped, and boasts mountain views. Ethel's Coorie Doon is perfect for couples and solo adventurers who want to explore the local area. We welcome up to 2 furry friends, but please note, there is a pet fee of £14. We provide information for local walks and hidden gems, local restaurants and pubs. We provide free parking and storage if you arrive by bike.

Secluded cottage with stunning views.

Maida's cottage is situated on the edge of the village of Ford, close to Loch Ederline. There is a private driveway to the cottage with a farm gate to keep the sheep on the hill. There is ample parking and a gated/fenced private garden. Although on the edge of the village, Maida's cottage feels remote with a rather stunning backdrop. There are many hills to walk. There is no TV or WiFi, this is a cosy getaway from hectic lives so sit back and enjoy the log fire with a good book.

Luing Cabin, Dalavich. Cosy cabin by Loch Awe

Luing Cabin is nestled between Inverliever Forest and a clearing that leads down to the majestic Loch Awe. It's one of the many cabins dotted around the woods and loch side here by the friendly village of Dalavich. The area is perfect for lovers of the outdoor life, and is a great place for fishing, kayaking, hiking, cycling and wild swimming. A place to get away from it all, slow down, relax and explore. Loch Awe Camping Pod 4 with Mountain and Loch View

Cosy camping pod overlooking Loch Awe, with stunning mountain views. A total of 6 dog friendly pods are located adjacent to lochawe in the village of Dalavich. Pod 4 has 1 dbl and 1 sgl bed and a mattress for kids. The village has a shop, licensed cafe and pub (seasonal opening), bike hire are available nearby. Bring everything you would as if you were camping except the tent, there are shared public toilet facilities with hot water and an outside tap for drinking water.

Seal Cabin - A wee piece of Scottish Luxury

A Victorian Cabin perched on the banks of Loch Goil. Enjoy a picturesque stay over looking the breath taking Scottish Highlands. The Cabin consists of a walk in wet room with toilet and a very well equipped kitchen. Within the kitchen you will find a fridge, stove, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and crockery. The living Room has a TV and Log Burner - with French Doors out to the decking area. The double bedroom is up on the mezzanine level which you access via a ladder.

The Bothan

Relax in this calm, stylish space on the Isle of Kerrera and explore the beautiful and wild landscape. The ideal island getaway for couples or lone adventurers. Abundant wildlife such as otters, sea eagles and beautiful wild flora can be discovered as well as historic sites such as Gylen castle, all the while surrounded by breathtaking views. The island is easily accessible by the nearby Calmac passenger ferry from Gallanach, near the mainland town of Oban.

Our cosy & unique fully equipped one bedroom (Double or Twin Bed option.) chalet with log burning stove on the peaceful shores of Loch Feochan is just 15 minutes south of Oban on the west coast of Scotland. In an area of outstanding natural beauty, Oban, is the unofficial capital of the West Highlands - the "Gateway to the Isles" and "The Seafood Capital of Scotland".

Dunans Cottage

Dunans Cottage is situated in the beautiful Knapdale Forest 1.9 miles from Cairnbaan within a National Scenic Area. The views are fantastic! The Cottage is off the beaten track but within a traditional farming hamlet with access via a forestry track ( see illustrated map ). Many outdoor and indoor activities are available within the area but the peace and quiet at Dunans are unique.
