Rilassati in questo grazioso appartamento situato in una zona residenziale e tranquilla di Minusio. L’alloggio si trova a circa 150 metri di distanza dal lago. Con una breve passeggiata lungo la famosa stradina rossa di “Via alla Riva” potete raggiungere Muralto, Locarno, Tenero. A pochi passi vi è la presenza di supermercati come Coop e Migros. Zona blu (parcheggi pubblici) per quanto concerne i parcheggi, presente in zona ed a pagamento. Stazione del treno di Minusio a 300 metri dall’alloggio.

Studio 2 mit Kochnische und Bad

Ein mini-kleines Studio, dass auf kleinstem Raum alles hat um glücklich zu sein. Wer unabhängig seine Tessin Ferien günstig verbringen will ist hier richtig. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um das Tessin zu entdecken. Der Lago Maggiore zu Füssen, die Täler und die Zentren ( Locarno, Bellinzona und Lugano) auch mit ÖV gut erreichbar. Sowie auch die Märkte in Italien mit Auto oder ÖV gut erreichbar sind. Im Winter und während der kühlen Jahreszeit, empfehle ich das Studio nur für eine Person!

You will feel comfortable and at home! Stylish and sunny 2.5 room apartment, ideal for 2 people. The elegant bedroom has a comfortable queensize bed. The high-quality bedsofa in the living area provides space for another person. From the big balcony you have a fabulous view over the lake and the mountains. The bathroom is fully renovated with beautiful materials and a walk-in shower. Shared indoor swimming pool can be used for free. Perfect and quiet location for your holidays!

Ferienwohnung - Cà Ratin mit Seeblick

Es ist eine kleine aber sehr gemütliche Wohnung. Der Schlafraum wird mit dem Wohnzimmer geteilt, dafür hat man von der Terrasse aus eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore und die Berge. Die liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung wird Ihnen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt bereiten! Bei mir ist es so, dass jeder Gast am Ende der Ferien, die Wohnung selber reinigt und schön sauber hinterlässt, vielen Dank! Leider gibt es in San Nazzaro kein Lebensmittelgeschäft mehr!
