Casa XXVII @ Santa Rosalia (heated pool)

Onze mooie Casa bevindt zich in het prachtige Santa Rosalia Lake & Life Resort. Het is heerlijk vertoeven in deze nieuwe en zeer stijlvol ingerichte villa met VERWARMD zwembad (30 °C). Een perfecte locatie om te genieten van het park en de mooie omgeving. Het huis biedt ruimte aan 8 personen en telt 3 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers en een 2-persoons bed-bank in het souterrain. Op korte loopafstand bevindt zich het grote zoetwater-meer met volop vertier- en speel-mogelijkheden en op 4 km ligt de zee.

Lujoso Ático encima del mar!

Ático en primera línea del mar con terraza enorme para quiénes buscan oler y ver el mar en su día a día. Aquí se vive la naturaleza rodeada de azul con paz y tranquilidad. Posibilidades de disfrutar del buceo, excursiones en kayak, rutas por la montaña, visitas a la Torre de Santa Elena e incluso avistamiento de cetáceos en barco! Chiringuitos fantásticos a sólo unos pasos para poder disfrutrar de comer, cenar y tomar una copa a pie de playa. Restaurantes preciosos a pocos minutos en coche.

chalet & piscina-jardín-barbacoa

Lujoso chalet con piscina (con cubierta corredera) y barbacoa, a solo diez minutos del centro de Murcia (la parada del tranvía está a doscientos metros de la vivienda). Disfrutad de su precioso jardín, tumbonas, mini-golf y mesa de billar francés. Existe la posibilidad de alquilar por horas la pista de fútbol tenis y pádel con un coste adicional de 10€. Se permite las comidas y fiestas familiares en la zona barbacoa pero, sin música alta ni aglomeración masiva de gente (máximo 15 personas).

Toda la casa da a la Calle más conocida y turística, 3 balcones desde donde podrá disfrutar de los eventos importantes de la ciudad.

Amplia casa en bajo con buena luz natural en una de las zonas más tranquilas de Molina de Segura y muy cerca de Murcia y el campo de golf de Altorreal. La vivienda esta muy bien comunicada: cerca de todo tipo de comercios (supermercados, farmacia, carnicería etc..) amplia zona verde a 1 minuto andando. Fácil aparcamiento en la misma puerta. La televisión Smart tv está colocada de manera estratégica para que se pueda ver desde el patio también, simplemente girándola.
