A stone throw away from the local historic town of Neath, where you can explore the area or catch the train to the City of Cardiff in just 35 minutes. Nearest beach is a mere 8 miles away :-)

Situated on a leafy cul de sac, is a beautifully spacious and well equipped property, perfect for families, couples and groups.
