Our newly renovated house is a pearl in a large green garden with big pool, stunning 360° views of the Atlantic Ocean, Lion's Head, Table Mountain and the Twelve Apostel. The villa has three bedrooms, one bathroom, and an open-plan living area with two stunning terraces. A detached studio with bathroom, kitchenette, and separate terrace with sea views is within the premesis and NOT included in this booking, but can be added on request / rented out separately. Walking distance to the beach.

Ocean’s Echo is my home-away-from-home - a piece of paradise in Cape Town’s Southern Peninsula, that has views spanning the entire False Bay coastline, from Simon’s Town to Muizenberg. I’ve lived in Cape Town my entire life and am able to offer advice, give ideas for itineraries, and provide insider tips on restaurants and attractions in the Mother City. However your group is made up, I’d be happy to host and happy to help.

Gorgeous 3 bed Villa near beach a home from home

Feel immediately at home in an inviting space filled with books, art, and comfy furniture. Two original century cottages have been combined, and tastefully renovated, to create this charming and eclectic space. Relax in a shady garden by the pool. This Villa is in the best position just 1 minutes walk to the beachfront, bars and restaurants. We have off street parking for 2 cars. Fabulous mountain views of Lions Head mountain. All 3 bedrooms are large and have en suite bathrooms
