Nestled in between Rochester & Corning is the Nest. A quaint escape from everyday hustle & bustle. The Nest is centrally located within the crossroads of the Finger Lakes & the Southern Tier in Wayland NY (Exit 3). Surrounded by Rolling hills & agricultural fields. NOTE-Next to FOrX Summer Stage. Concerts take place Saturdays (ONLY)June-Oct. Be advised on concert nights the units deck overlooks the action & can be loud. Not suitable for children 3 & under. Unit has stairs & is close to the road.

Just a short drive (under 10 minutes) to Naples for great dining and entertainment. Note: Due to the hillside location, AWD or 4WD is recommended during inclement weather for safe access.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this tiny house/glamping spot in serene nature. This tiny cabin offers a fully stocked tiny kitchen for prepping and cooking food, coffee included, a fully supplied grilling area, outdoor shower with hot water and fire pit with a bundle of wood. It is conveniently located to access biking, hiking, boating, wine tasting, breweries, antiquing and just relaxing! Cabin has 2 private parking spots with easy access to the cabin. This is not a pet friendly listing.

The HALEY Cabin

Brand new build 2024! Peaceful farmhouse style cabin on a private 13 acre wooded lot. Hiking trails throughout. Upper mill creek can be accessed from the property. The property joins the Genesee preserve, where you can hike to a waterfall. Cornhole boards are provided. In the exterior pictures you’ll see a sign that says “Cabin Rentals” you will want to look for that at the road, and take the lower driveway, all the way out back to the cabin. there is no smoking in the cabin.

Little Lodge in Hemlock

Adventure awaits you in this rustic getaway. This tiny home used to be a hunting lodge and we have renovated and updated the space to be a peaceful spot for whatever brings you out our way. We like to think of it as the bee keeper’s lodge. Close to Hemlock, Canadice, Honeoye, and Conesus lakes for hiking, fishing, kayaking, or picnicking. Or enjoy a night in! There is a gas grill, patio, outdoor dining area, fire pit, and a game shed out back.
