Get away from it all when you stay under the stars at this beautiful farm situated on 80 acres of rolling farmland, hills and forests, with horses, chickens and Nigerian Dwarf goats. Walk out the sliding glass door to a fully fenced pool and hot tub overlooking the beautiful rolling hills and woods. We live right next to the Green House. The Famous Finger Lake Wineries and Breweries are a short drive away. We are also 20 minutes away from Bristol Mountain Ski Resort.

This house is ideal for large groups between 8-12 people. Pokey has amenities like a fire pit for stargazing, a spacious deck overlooking the creek, an 8 person Spa and Dry Sauna for relaxing, a game room to get competitive and plenty of space to sprawl out.

Valley Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Perched directly across from the ski resort and a short distance to Letchworth and Stony Brook parks. You will have the home to yourself including all outdoor space with grill and firepits, queen bedroom, full kitchen, living room with fireplace, and large loft with two double beds and sleeper sofa. The basement is for owner storage.
