Welcome to Paradise on the Lake. It’s an architectural splendor with 3 levels of living space. It’s has all the settings of the adirondacks in the middle of the Finger Lakes. Located on Honeoye Lake with the most majestic views of the lake in a remote setting of over 2 acres of property with a 192 feet of a Shale Beach Shore and a running stream through the property. Sandy Bottom Park has a beautiful sandy beach. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy comfortably with family and friends.

Sublime Wild Vine Glamping! Walk to Winery & Pond!

An oasis from the rat race, the Wild Vine Glamping site is tucked stream side next to an old catawba grape vineyard. This very private glampsite offers you plenty of morning shade and spectacular sun sets pond side in the evening. You will find a queen sized bed for two people inside the tent and plenty of space outside to bring additional tents for your extra guests. The Wild Vine site is complete with a private hot outdoor shower and loo. Perfect for an artist retreat or romantic getaway.

Conesus Sunset Cottage

The Conesus Sunset Cottage is located on the east side of the lake for breathtaking sunsets you can enjoy from the upper deck, the large dock or under the covered firepit area. Perfect for a couples get a way or family of 6 Boat dock available if you want to bring your boat or jet skis. Boat rentals are available nearby. The finger lakes wineries are a short drive from Rochester. We are also a 25 minute drive to Letchworth State Park. Wegmans grocery store within 5 miles from the house.
