PLEASE READ!!! We have building works next to our property and we don’t know how this will affect your stay. The hours are from 7am-5pm Mon-Fri and on Sat from 8am-3pm. Completed by Oct’25. Situated at the rear of the property our cozy 60 sqm Granny Flat is a private and enclosed space with separate access from the main house. Kingsgrove train station is located just 10 minutes walk then 5 stops to Domestic / International Airport. Sydney CBD is approx. 25 mins via train. Free street parking.

Relaxing & comfortable guest-suite with private courtyard, close to shopping centres, bus stop and just around 15 minute walking to Chester Hill station. My place is great for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).The apartment is within our home with separate access to the street. It can sleep up to four people with a queen size bed and a pull out double size sofa bed. The kitchen has a microwave oven, refrigerator and appliances. Plenty of unrestricted free on street parking and close to public transport.
