Old Town Carriage House - near CSU and Old Town!

Come stay in our super clean, cozy, newly remodeled, and private Old Town carriage house with unique outdoor kitchen! We are less than a mile from the new CSU stadium, an easy 5 minute bike ride to downtown FC, and blocks away from several coffee shops, restaurants, and breweries. Explore the area on one of our two cruiser bikes or take a drive into the mountains for a day of hiking and rafting. We have lived in FC for over 20 years and would love to help you plan your visit. Colorado Mountain Retreat with Unbeatable Views!

This 3 bed, 4 bath house is just 40 minutes west of Ft. Collins and 20 minutes from Red Feather Lakes! Surround yourself with nature as you approach the retreat! We truly believe these views are some of the best in Colorado! We offer plenty of entertainment. Play a round of pool in the game room with friends and family, watch a movie on our comfortable sectional couch or play some chess. Enjoy our gas fire pit and string lights on the patio with the beautiful mountain views!

Welcome to Shotgun Blue. This home is easily setup to provide for your temporary needs and make you feel right at home. Located minutes from the heart of Cheyenne, downtown, you will find historic buildings filled with local businesses that can provide for all your needs. Built in 1916 outside of FE Warren AFB for base housing. Ten years later, Shotgun Blue and it’s two sisters, located next door, found their permanent home. Shotgun Blue has an extra long driveway , too!

This beautiful, modern cabin, is showered in sunlight. Just 2.5 miles from downtown, yet a stones throw from all the outdoor adventures in the foothills, Horsetooth Reservoir, Poudre River, mountain biking & hiking. With apple trees, berries & gardens, this quiet country setting is one of the best locations in town. Soak in the Colorado sunshine w/ the passive solar design. Private, Friendly, Midtown Studio

Convenient mid-town Ft Collins location. Private, separate living space from our home, studio with with bathroom, mini-fridge, TV, and private entrance. Located at the end of a friendly cul-de-sac. Near CSU campus, the new football stadium and a short bike ride to Old Town Fort Collins. A friendly yellow lab lives in the main house, along with a cat, 2 adults, and 2 kids. (However, our animals are not permitted in the rental space.)

Plum Street House

Located in Old Town Fort Collins on Plum Street, one block from Colorado State University, and within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife. This is a brand-new carriage house. It has a private entrance, private parking, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms, each has a queen size bed. There is also a pull out queen couch for an additional 2 sleeping spaces located in the living room.
