Our house is a 1902 Prairie Foursquare with loads of old charm. We are located in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins, close to CSU and three blocks from downtown. We are walking distance to several of the finest Microbreweries in Colorado. The apartment has a separate, private entrance, and large 4' high windows in every room. Bright and cheery with warm atmosphere is an understatement. We look forward to meeting people from many places and backgrounds. 2-day minimum, no-smoking, no pets

Downtown Studio Apartment

The apartment is a pleasant walk to restaurants, coffee shops, movie theatre and museum. The apartment has its own patio surrounded by fruit trees. This is a space efficient, stand-alone unit suitable for a maximum of two guests. One well behaved, small dog is welcome with a $100 pet fee. Please contact the owner before booking with a pet. Pets must not be left unattended in the apartment. The owner lives next door and is happy to help with activity planning and trip suggestions.

Modern Old Town Apartment in the Sky

Welcome to your private 3rd story apartment inside my family's modern, Leed certified home. 10 minute walk to Old Town, New Belgium brewery, and the Poudre River Whitewater Park. Apt is accessed via a spiral staircase (see photo) and is NOT suited for travelers wary of heights, those with oversized luggage, or children. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchenette, living room, bedroom, patio overlooking Long's Peak, off street parking, and two Schwinn bikes! NO CLEANING FEE. No pets or smoking.

Private Suite inside lovely home w/Shared Entry

I reside on the premises. Guests enter through the front door of the house. Just a few steps down to the garden level is a private space with plenty of natural light and convenient amenities like laundry, kitchenette, 3/4 bath. There’s no TV but good but good WiFi and a gas fireplace. It’s in a quiet neighborhood about 3.5 mi. to Old Town Fort Collins and 4.5 to CSU. I will be there to greet you and show you the space on arrival so please let me know an ETA between 5-9PM

Unique large studio on garden level with wood burning stove. The wood burning stove faces the comfortable queen bed. Cozy loveseat with ottoman, full of blankets, in front of a smart TV. Enter your account details to be able to watch it. It has a 3/4 bathroom (stand up shower) with all linens provided. Work desk and chair. Dining table for two next to the kitchen. This has to be one of the best locations in Fort Collins! Just 3 blocks to CSU, 2 blocks to Old Town, and all the dining, breweries and shopping Fort Collins has to offer, plus a Lucky's Market grocery store 1 block away. The condo itself has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom a pull out sofa, and a well stocked kitchen. Perfect for couples or friends. This is a downtown location, so if you are noise sensitive, keep in mind there will be typical downtown noises etc
