Notice: Not suitable for small children - no wall to the neighbours plot that lies 2 m down with no protektion. We have a modern house built 2016 with all facilities you need for a comfortable stay. Close to beautiful beaches, genuine Greek cuisine, towns and secluded areas.

As guests you have access to the whole house and garden featuring three terrasses with flowers and trees. The original Greek village features a taverna 'Nikos' with a great choice of tasty dishes and two small shops. Enjoy the nature and gentle tourism of Messinia with superb sand beaches and scenic coast views.

Το "Valavani House" είναι ένα ευρύχωρο πέτρινο σπίτι κυριολεκτικά πάνω στη θάλασσα. Είναι διώροφο με εσωτερική και εξωτερική σκάλα. Στον πρώτο όροφο έχει 4 κρεβατοκάμαρες και ένα μπάνιο. Δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες που έχουν άμεση θέα στη θάλασσα και δυο κρεβατοκάμαρες στη πίσω πλευρά του σπιτιού. Στο ισόγειο έχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και ένα ακόμα μπάνιο, άνετο καθιστικό και τραπεζαρία με εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα, όπως όταν βρίσκεσαι μέσα σε πλοίο.
