Really great accomodation. Well decorated and furnished. Excellent quality linen and lovely fluffy towels. The kitchen has great quality cookware, only downside - no bottle opener or tin opener. Great location in the heart of Ashbourne, great for exploring walks and the lovely local shops. Ashbourne is great and has all your old style shops, including a fishmonger and cheese monger. The only downside is the street is slightly noisy at closing time from the pub next door. Only lasted 15 minutes so not a big deal. Will definitely stay again. Thanks for a great weekend.

Craig was the perfect host, probably the best we've ever had on AirBnB. The flat is in a great location, minutes walk from the centre of Nottingham and the Ice Arena with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, yet we could sleep with the windows open and it was perfectly quiet, like being in a small village instead of a busy city centre. Lots of thoughtful touches from bottles of water, pastries and biscuits to essentials like cooking oil, salt and pepper, plenty of toilet rolls, tissues, a toothbrush, you name it and Craig has thought of it. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and hopefully we'll be back next year.

Perfectly placed for our needs. All aspects of the booking were completely seamless. It is a maisonette so we could hear the flat above but was in no way intrusive and we all had a restful night The flat had everything you could wish for and the decoration was perfect. Already considering our next booking highly recommended.

Philip went the extra mile in every way to help with our stay, meeting us on arrival to local restuarant recommendations. The apartment was functional and well located.

As always another great apartment with Steve. We have stayed a few times in one of his other properties and have always had the best of times.Big tv, comfy big bed, great efficient heating if needed and piping hot water. Very individual, well thought out with everything you need, whether staying in or going out. Castle Donnington is a fantastic location, amazing village with so much to do from shopping for quirky gifts, massage, hair cut or eating and drinking. We have explored them all and loved it. We ate this time at Orissa, an incredible Indian, 5 minutes walk away. Donnington race track is a few minutes drive away. We always feel right at home. The on street parking is always easy.

The property met our requirements which was within walking distance to my daughter's. A very comfortable property with the space that we needed. Alison was a great host and would certainly stay here again.

The location was amazing we had great time there. There were a few spiders but I am sure that’s how it is in this season. We were slightly confused on how to operate the centralised heater there weren’t a manual on it. Its was overall a great place to stay in and a great host.

Great location close the historic heart of the city as well as short walk to the city centre. The location is very well situated in a private community that is safe and quiet and fantastic neighbourhood. As per listing it was cosy with all the convenience and space that we needed for our short stay in Nottingham.

A super last minute overnight stay to meet with friends -the house was perfect for taking our children who loved the garden and for us mums who needed a space to chat over a glass of wine and an Indian takeaway -which was not only delicious but perfectly located literally just a few steps from the house! It was also perfectly located for the marina and a lovely farm to take the kids to the next day. The hosts were so responsive to messages and everything was set up perfectly for our stay -thank you ☺️

Fantastic stay, we’ve been before and would pick this as a regular stay in Burton. The garden is lovely and the house is well equiped :)

Absolutely loved our stay in Nottingham. The house is in such a central location, about a 5 minute walk from the arena. Scott is an excellent host and came straight back to me when I had any questions. We will definitely stay again if our plans take us to Nottingham xxx

With such a short notice Kiran responded to our request quickly. Information on given how to get there, sat nav will not take you direct to the property, and what was available in the local area was very useful. The accommodation was as described and extremely well presented. The whole flat was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped. Matlock Bath and the area has lots to offer, to stay here with a beautiful view from the window is worth while. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Kiran.

Lovely apartment, well equipped and very comfortable bed. Enjoyed using the outside seating area. Very good directions. The road to the apartment is a bit bumpy with a few potholes so if arriving after dark, drive slowly and will be fine. Definitely recommend staying here.

This place was convenient and perfect for our needs. Leah was very friendly and helpful. Even left us sweets and chocolates!

Amazing apartment exactly as in the pictures. Really great location with it being right next to the cinema. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in that area. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Shower was really nice. TV had Netflix etc for streaming which was really good. Could also play music through a speaker in the apartment or through the TV. Would definitely stay here in the future.

The location was fantastic for us and right by the tram stop which made it easy to get around. I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again. There were no problems with the flat, it was very quiet, spacious, and bright and I felt very comfortable knowing I could reach out if I had any issues as the communication was excellent. In a perfect spot right in the centre of Nottingham, walkable to bars, restaurants, Motorpoint, Nottingham castle etc. great to have the outside terrace to chill out in. Will book again if needed.
