A bijou residence at East Preston only a 10/15 minute brisk walk from the sea, pubs, restaurants and other shops, suitable for one or two leisure or business guests. It is within walking distance of 2 local breweries, numerous pubs, restaurants, cafes and, a lovely eclectic mix of shops.
